So that you are aware, as noted in our advertisement, the monthly rent for this unit is $1,450.00 and the landlord requires first month's rent and last month's rent.  There is also a half month rental fee of $725.00 and a $20 per applicant application fee.

The total amount required to rent the unit is $3,625.00 (plus application fee(s)).

The landlord requires a one year lease, good credit (see credit score ratings chart below), good references and verification of income and/or subsidy.

This unit has all electric utilities and the tenant pays the electricity for stove, heat, hot water, lights, outlets and air conditioning.  Pets are not allowed.   A coin operated laundry facility is located in the building.  There is off street parking for one car.  The apartment is available for a December 5 occupancy.
